Over two years has gone by since I last wrote here but that's gonna change now! :)
Because of my studies Tanja hasn't participated into anything activities this year, but now I'm planning to go to Tuomarinkartano lure coursing at the end of september. I've also given a tought for a dogshow near by us but that's not sure yet.:)
Last sunday I was with Tanja in Kirkkonummi visiting Erja and the boys (Eddie & George) and the dogs had great fun playing! :) Thank you erja and Robert for inviting us for a visit! :)

Now it happened, Tanja become the Finish champion title from Tapere international dogshow! She was BOS with her third CC and first CACIB from Finland, many thanks to Nora and Marjukka! Lots of congratulations also to Ruben who was BOB in Tampere and become international champion title! Well done Nora.:)
Next we are going to Lappeenranta national dogshow where is only 8 basenjis announced. Let's see what happens there.

The opening of runnig season 2007 was today in Mäntsälä. Tanja ran first with Nemo and got 203 points. Unfortunately the points weren't engouh to get us to the final round.

Trip to Keuruu dog show didn't go well at all. Tanja got again VG from open class and was this time third in her class, the judge said that Tanja was too light.
The winter came at last also to southern Finland few weeks ago. Today it was -24 degrees Celsius. I really had to dress Tanja well up when we went out this morning.
Next thing we're going to participate is 'talvimaastot' (winter lure coursing) in Mäntsälä in the middle of March.

Our trip to Kajaani international dog show in the beginning of January wasn't so good. Tanja got only vert good from open class.
Today we unfotunately couldn't participate to Turku international alltough I had announced Tanja there. But Tanja's sister Ella did very well in the show! She was best bitch 2 with her second CC and first CACIB! Congratulations to Ella!
Also Ruben (Faraoland Xcuse Me Desmond) did well, he was BOS with his last CC ja CACIB!
New pictures is added to the gallery from this year and also from year 2006. Next show for Tanja is next weeks sunday in Keuruu, let's see what happens there. :)

This years last dogshow is over and result was you exc3. Not bad but neither was it extremly good.
Today it's also Tanjas second birthday! Congratulations to all Ajibu C-litters dogs! :) The rest of the year we spend enjoying christmas and resting well. We wish mery christmas and a happy and successful new year 2007 to all of you!

It has been a while since last time I wrote here. After that has Tanja had success in a dog show in Jyväksylä. She was best bitch four with her second CC!
Otherwise are we doing well and preparing for the last dog show for this year. Finnish Winner 2006 is the last show to this year and there are 74 basenjis! Quite a lot would I say. Let's hope that it goes well for us. :)

The english version of the site is quite ready. Few more details and it's ready to publish. :)
Tanja is doing very well, she enjoys beeing outside and we are making long walks before the cold winter comes with snow. We've still a couple of dog shows left on this year and the running season has ended more of that next spring.:)
